Fogging
Often used in addition to traditional cleaning methods, trained A&S staff can complete fogging at your location. Fogging involves an electrostatic spray system that disperses a fine mist of chemical disinfectant throughout a room. This mist attaches to surfaces and kills 99.99% of germs — including coronaviruses.
A facility can be fogged to provide whole-room decontamination, allowing for a more comprehensive clean and added peace of mind that all harmful germs have been killed. This is an extremely effective disinfection cleaning as the mist reaches surfaces that may be missed in a traditional clean.
The disinfectant mist particles kill germs within minutes, and the room is able to be used again within half an hour of cleaning. It’s safe to use on all surfaces, and does not require any additional preparation at the facility before fogging takes place.

DIY Cleaning
We understand that while having a clean office or workplace is important, you don’t necessarily want an external party coming in to do the work, or perhaps you want to do additional cleans between services.
We’ve developed a product and DIY cleaning kit that allows you to achieve professional-grade cleaning yourself. The kit includes PPE, step-by-step cleaning instructions and our exclusive A&S Spray Fresh Disinfectant, a product we created to conquer all three steps of the ultimate clean.
This product works by combining quaternary ammonium compounds that kill germs by affecting their metabolic reactions and causing vital substances to leak out of the cell, and hydrogen peroxide, which causes cell walls to break down.
The combination of these two chemicals, when used as instructed, are effective in killing germs, bacteria and viruses, including the current strain of coronavirus.

Swab Testing
For added peace of mind, we sell protein residue swab tests, which allow you to test your surfaces and see results within ten minutes.
By assessing protein residue left behind after cleaning, you can ascertain whether the surface has been adequately cleaned.
To use the test, simply swab a surface, release the reagent and monitor the colour of the swab. If protein residue is present, the reagent turns purple. The more contamination present, the faster and darker the colour appears.
This test allows you to immediately take further corrective action if needed, or relax knowing your surfaces have been adequately cleaned.
